Each session includes 40 minutes of gentle yoga surrounded by our playful cats, followed by 20 minutes of “Kitty Therapy,” where you can relax, cuddle, and connect with our furry friends.

Each ticket includes:

  • 40-Minute Beginner-Friendly Yoga Session
  • 20-Minute Kitty Therapy for cuddling and relaxation
  • Complimentary snacks, cat-themed stickers, and a Polaroid photo to take home
  • Yoga mat provided


Location: Our sessions are held at 910 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montreal, QC H2R 1V4

Additional Information:
Arrive a few minutes early to get settled in and ready for the experience. While our focus is on creating a calm environment, please remember that interactions are on our cats’ terms. All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the session.(bilingual).

Refunds and ticket transfers

Minimum 48 hours before the event :

While we do not offer refunds, we can provide store credit or reschedule your ticket. You may also transfer your ticket to someone else—just send us an email with the name, email, and phone number of the person you’d like to transfer it to.

  • Cat Adoption Opportunity

    Our kittens come from rescues like Heart in Hand. If you fall in love, we’ll help connect you with the rescue for adoption!

Supporting Kitten Socialization

When you attend a Kittyoga class, you’re helping our kittens grow into confident, well-socialized cats. By being around new people and gentle interactions, they build trust and comfort, making them happier and healthier as they grow.
